Abstract	The proposal for an American-style bar in the city of Chiclayo. It will be an establishment where alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served, accompanied by snacks in a warm and inviting environment for the target market, in order to determine its viability and profitability. The town faces a gradual development in services offered at some bars, perceiving deficiencies in the quality of their service and their products, being able to develop better strategies and organization to meet the needs of the target audience unsatisfied. This type of research is quantitive because it focuses on the knowledge of reality in a given time frame. It is not an experimental and transversal study, as their is no need to manipulate the object of study. Questionnaires and the SPSS software in version 21 were used to collect information. The profitability reflects an amount of S/. 36.469.73, it will be very favourable for the purpose of Inspira Bar with a large sample acceptance viability for implementation is confirmed. Also the feasibility of the project is secured with 96% in the internal rate of return.
