| Abstract | This article aims to study the patrimonial responsibility of the partner in the Labor Process, mainly in the executive phase where, often, the partner is called to answer for the debt of the legal entity that appears in the passive pole of a labor claim. The text presents the main theories underlying the liability of the partner in the labor sphere, the responsibility of the retiring partner, and the responsibility of the legal person for the act of the partner, in the light of the Doctrine and Jurisprudence of the Courts. Finally, there is a study on the new institute of the incident of disregard of legal personality, which had a great impulse after the validity of Law 13467/17 (Labor Reform). |
