| Abstract | The present monography aims to make a historical-critical rescue of the worker's food program, analyzing the socio-political and economic context in which it is born. The social worker's power politics practiced in Brazil are discussed chronologically to the present day. Aim to study the relevant legislation to the program, its implications on the relationship between State, capital and labor and its reflections in the lives of workers. An analysis of the negotiations in collective bargaining in the country's banking sector will allow evaluation of the collective bargaining agreements of the last decade (2004-2014) associated with the drafts of the guidelines category claims related to "wages" and "benefits" of food stamps and food basket. In questioning the composition of wage and compensation sums evidenced the main objective of the worker's food program and who it benefits. |
