| Abstract | This work corresponds to an investigation from communication for social change, in order to work with the Coosaviunidos Multiactive Cooperative and who, from organizational communication, seeks to favor in terms of the development of their productive entrepreneurship in a rural area in Tolima. This research revolves around a question: How can communication contribute to the development of productive entrepreneurship projects of a community organized within the framework of peace agreements? For this, communication for social change is articulated from community participation, interculturality, local content, the relevance of technology and networks. It also deepens strategic communication and productive entrepreneurship as an approach to the concept of peace building in Colombia from the struggle and actions to combat the armed conflict, and the territory. Due to the above, to understand the context of the Natagaima’s community and at the same time the origine and the Cooperativa Multiactiva Coosaviunidos purpose that allows the implementation of a communication assessment in order to present a proposal adapted to the needs and challenges faced by the Cooperativa. The results demonstrated that the social communication is a very important field in the society and has a relevant impact in any environments that is applied. The above allows to merge into the Communication for the social change which take cares of the culture, the traditions of communities, the dialogue and the participation from a process based on tolerance, respect, equity, social justice and active participation of everybody joining actions and efforts in order to modify the reality of the community and seek solutions to all the needs, allowing each person become an agent of his own change who is able to participate and make decisions always looking for the mutual benefit. |
