Abstract	The objective of recent studies has the purpose of determining and implementing an internal communication plan for faculty member and students of “Colegio Municipal Sebastian de Benalcazar”. A descriptive and quantitative research was conducted utilizing the exploratory method by which we had the opportunity to collect and select internal information of faculty members and students of “Colegio Municipal Sebastian de Benalcazar”. The analysis of the information was obtained by using the descriptive and quantitative research method which provided relevant information of the surveys made to about 123 faculty members and 298 students. In addition, a quantitative and qualitative research was done which provided more in depth information on the development of the communication plan within the institution “Colegio Municipal Sebastian de Benalcazar”. Furthermore, an observation was conducted to obtain knowledge on the type of resources the institution currently controls. The results of the analysis obtained by the research and survey conducted clearly demonstrate that evidently the proposal of the communication plan will be a useful tool within the institution of “Colegio Municipal Sebastian de Benalcazar” when implementing a process. Nevertheless, it is important to mention the collaboration of institution authorities such as the dean, the department of social orientation and among others for the achievement of this project. Indeed, the evidence shows that the internal communication plan is a tool which will optimize the resources the institution currently controls.
