| Abstract | This study makes up a critical and analytical approach to virtual relationships as a result of consumption of the emergence of the internet and mass use of new technologies. It is clear that e-commerce is to a recent and growing phenomenon in the consumer market in contrast to the information technology evolves by leaps and bounds. This analysis is what we seek to verify the existing gaps in the regulation of electronic commerce and fill gaps in the Code of Consumer Protection about the virtual consumption. Moreover, an approach on the inherent relationship that kind of consumerist principles and concepts and detailing its electronic contracts in the virtual context totals required. Glimpsing these issues, is initiated to analyze the Draft Update of the Code of Consumer proposing changes to it, including its role in the regulation of electronic commerce. Finally, it is an examination as to liability of intermediaries virtual consumer relations in the light of the CDC and the laws in force in Brazil sites. |
