| Abstract | This thesis is about the application of the corporate management methodology BALANCE SCORECARD and APPROACH PROCESSES, within a company located in Guayaquil city whose main goal is the marketing of chemical products for industry in Ecuador. This analysis was conducted during 2007. This methodology is regarded as a great tool in the area of strategic management; unfortunately it is not implemented or taken advantage of by businesses that make up the productive sector and trade of our country. Moreover, this methodology makes it easier for companies to make organizational change and a better way of approaching their goals, which will agree with the strategy the company wants to follow. The main objectives are: to provide the necessary knowledge on new and improved methods of business management; evaluate and implement these methodologies within an organization that wants to optimize their activities and to direction them toward the proposed strategy; Let all members of the organization to be participants in this new strategy |
