| Abstract | In competitive and versatile the atmosphere in that they are submerged the today companies, it every time needs with sublime obligation having the useful and trustworthy information to make opportune and proactive decisions. It is so in the present thesis we showed the design from the Balanced Scorecard the PHARMACEUTICAL LABORATORY, that begins analyzing its strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. Soon to unfold the strategic targets from where indicators are obtained that help to measure the performance of these objectives. As following step deploys of the BSC at departmental level where objectives and indicators by each department are obtained. Finally the operative processes of the PHARMACEUTICAL LABORATORY are analyzed. As it has supported for this thesis made a software to be able to visualize the performance of the indicators. We conclude this thesis with the results of the audit realised before the implementation and after the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard that allows us to know as is the company |
