Abstract	El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo mostrar la incidencia de las organizaciones trans-complejas en el siglo XXI, las cuales se caracterizan por la rapida adaptacion en un medio ambiente cambiante y altamente competitivo dentro de una sociedad global que se basa en el conocimiento, la tecnologia de la informacion y la comunicacion, elementos estos que fundamentan la toma de decisiones. La metodologia utilizada fue documental y descriptiva. La conclusion permite entender que las organizaciones modernas estan cambiando que no dependen exclusivamente de los intereses de los corporativos, sino del factor humano como ente integrador, transformador y receptor de los bienes y servicios que se estas ofrecen dentro de una nueva cosmovision. Abstract The trans-complex organizations: from knowledge to decision making This paper aims to show the impact of trans-complex in the XXI century, organizations which are characterized by rapid adaptation to a changing environment and highly competitive in a global society based on knowledge, technology information and communication elements that underlie these decisions. The method used was descriptive. The conclusion can understand that modern organizations are changing not rely solely on the interests of corporate, but the human body as an integrating factor, transformer and receiver of the goods and services they offer within a new worldview.
