| Abstract | The present research document documents us and defines us as the transformational leadership, observed from the point of view exercised by the business leaders, to make the right decisions in the fulfillment of organizational objectives and goals. In the same way, analyzing the components of the transformational leadership and how they contribute to influence the collaborators through motivation and intellectual stimulation, achieving in them a change and the development of their own abilities and capacities in favor of the organizations and of your own personal development. In the same way, to know the main characteristics that a transformational leader must possess and how he uses them to get his followers to commit themselves with the entrepreneurial vision and in the active participation of the decision-making that allows to have shared objectives and goals in order to obtain the better business and individual results. |
