| Abstract | This document is an analysis of alternatives and policy guidelines for integrated management of Primary and Secondary Energy accumulators in the city of Pereira, Risaralda, Colombia, visualizing the dynamics of consumption and disposal of such waste. It began with the diagnosis of the current situation regarding the use and management of Primary and Secondary Energy accumulators in the city. This diagnosis revolved around the identification of direct and indirect actors for determining the per capita consumption per household. Alternatives were identified for the management and handling of such post-consumer waste, more feasible to implement in the city and finally were proposed policy guidelines for integrated management of Primary and Secondary Energy Accumulators for which were defined goals, objectives and purposes, to guide actions for the proper management of this waste. |
