| Abstract | The purpose of this study was to evaluate the possibility of customizing the CobiT ® methodology as a tool for IT Governance and its application in a small business. For this was used one of the tools of CobiT ® 4.1 Management Guildelines through models that classify levels of maturity of IT processes. As part of the proposal, was defined a set of IT processes considered appropriate for the company's reality, it was assessing the level of maturity and then proceeded to check the gap analysis. Knowing the current level of maturity of IT processes practiced, it is possible to project what level of maturity to be reached for the processes assessed. After analyzing the results of the desirable level and the projection made by the company, it was suggested an action plan for improving IT governance. |
