| Abstract | The discussions and reflections on contemporary models of innovation are leading to the formulation of new concepts involving mainly concern about the validation of these models from empirical evidence supported theories. In this sense, the present study aimed to "Proposing and Evaluating a Model of the Dynamics of Innovation in Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) Networks Operating in the Industry of Information and Communication Technology Alagoas." Discussions on interorganizational networks were emphasized as articulators of MSEs around productive agglomerations and proposed a theoretical model of the dynamics of the relationship-network company. Therefore, a survey research with 100 entrepreneurs Industry Information Technology and Communication of Alagoas was performed. Considered the Popperian principle of falsifiability, characterized by the creation of several specific expectations as to the results found in the investigation. Statistical tests were significant for all variables and indicators of the instrument for data collection. The analyzes validated all assumptions and are significantly promising to treat the model as scientific. The main results indicate the participation of the network as a central (multidimensional analysis of the type SSA) and corroborated the sequence alignment and the constructs of the model. The identified types (strategic, inert, altruistic and selfish) participants had a dynamic network as the strategic allocation of organizational advantage. It is concluded that the proposed theoretical model is attractive enough so you can at least consider it as an alternative to the analysis of the innovation process in networks of MSEs, and may help, especially in the developing the network. |
