| Abstract | Introduction: Given the current scenario of competitiveness where entities are acquiring consumers control over their needs, as well as widely disseminating information through social connections, it is increasingly essential to the management of the organization caring for their performance indicators, measuring always in real time the speed and efficiency of production. Objectives: The main objective of this study is to map the strategy and indicators in the Revenue area from an Information Technology company, preparing the information for using in a model of BSC. Methodological Procedures: This study can be characterized as a single case study, exploratory and qualitative, been held in an IT company in the area of Revenue. The selection of the company was for convenience and two techniques of data collection were used in this search: "in loco observation" that helped in getting more information on the organization and "interviews" for identification and confirmation of the results. Results: The company object of the study was mapped, and being presented main items that define the strategy and the deepening of the issues relating to the indicators in the area of Revenue. Based on the information found, the question of BSC was worked and structuring of a model according to the concepts of this tool used for the management. Conclusion:The main objective of this work was achieved because it was possible to map the strategic items from the Revenue area of Company ABC, combined with the identification of KPI’S and adapt them to the basic precepts of the BSC, using the concepts presented by the tool and thus create a perspective engagement team that was involved with the project, implementing the conditions for the work can be started perpetuated within the organization through planning to full utilization of the proposed tool. |
