| Abstract | This article deals with the interfaces between PolytechnicHigh School, the work in Physical Education and micro-politics. This articulation was observed from an ethnography carried out in a public school, to obtain information we used: a filed journal, semi-structured interviews and document analysis. Objective: to understand the relationship between the implementation of Polytechnic High School, the work of Physical Education teachers and the micropolitical context of the school. Knowing that teaching is crossed by demands generated in different spheres, we understand that micro-politics can play a decisive role in the changes promoted by teachers to the project originally conceived in the macro-political sphere. |
