| Abstract | This paper deals with the managerial skills of manufacturing firms state in the Municipio Libertador Merida Venezuela. Three aspects are discussed, the first deals with the performance of the manufacturing sector, the second managerial performance of managers in the manufacturing sector, and the third is the managerial skills necessary for the administrative management of manufacturing enterprises. The methodical approach responds to a qualitative research collaborative type carried out in four phases: selection of the group, the establishment investigator and co-investigator of the objectives set, the selection of techniques and instruments for data collection and analysis of the results. It is concluded that the managerial skills of managers in the manufacturing sector should be oriented to the development of human talent, management talent and results orientation which allow you to see the organization strategically in order to achieve the objectives and to remain in time. |
