| Abstract | Our society seems to be caught off guard nowadays : expectations and original conflicts arise out of the school environments and we seem to have difficulty in trying to relate to them. What is at stake is explicitly the relations among the players of the school world. They include experiences of humiliation and abuse, contempt or indifference and they result in hurtful arguments, the « violation » of the rules of common life, « discrimination » in educational practice. What position should be adopted here ? Should we distrust them ? Remain indifferent to them or consider them as sheer legal or redistributive controversy ? Since their emergence in the 90s the philosophical theories of recognition have apparently opened up a constructive way to connect them to these events and conflicts. Namely by connecting them in certain cases to legitimate demands for justice. This thesis intends to investigate the proposal by trying to establish the meaning of a relational theory of . |
