| Abstract | In Ecuador soccer is considered a sport of passion and is a symbol of teamwork. Several athletes show examples of achievement in this discipline and in society, because they have managed to illustrate with their performance and results that it is possible to accomplish the objectives. For many years this sport has been focused on men because of the physical high effort required by soccer, but there are women who have shown in recent years that football is also for women, and that is why there has been a growth in soccer for women both in Ecuador and the world. This project focuses on those new generations of children and adolescents that have shown that women can play the sport and that there is a niche market that is not being properly attended. Furthermore, this project proposes to incorporate a place that is exclusive, has prestige and quality to those girls and teens who are interested in sports and have a passion to learn or improve their level of skill in soccer. For the development of this topic was conducted a quantitative and qualitative study which defined a specific niche of girls and adolescents from private schools that want to belong to a soccer school, which teaches techniques in soccer and teamwork. By the financial feasibility study of the project it has been concluded that the marketing strategy is a cornerstone for the soccer school to work and develop successfully in the manner as outlined in the thesis. This project represents the interest that girls and women in Ecuador have for soccer inasmuch as the interest in the sport is broad and shows that the project is real and has growth potential. |
