| Abstract | To determine the viability and feasibility of this business plan, a cautious analysis of the macro environment, the automotive industry, the client and the market was carry out; whose results allowed establishing a general marketing strategy, choosing the most appropriate market sector and developing marketing mix strategies. Among, the most relevant information is that the automotive park of the Metropolitan District of Quito (DMQ) maintains a growing trend, because more and more vehicles are adding to it. However, in order to legally circulate around the city, the vehicles must comply with the technical vehicle inspection, one of the requirements of it is to maintain the suspension of the vehicle in good working order; this allows to the stability of the vehicle and comfort for the users. Therefore, the people of Quito are aware that the timely change of shock absorbers is necessary for the vehicle to be in optimal operating conditions, so they are increasingly looking for specialized businesses in suspension. Not to mention, that the streets of the city are full of potholes, and the constantly fall of the vehicle in them; prematurely damage the shock absorbers of the vehicle, especially for those who are in the antiquity automotive park. Therefore, the main objective of ServiAmortiguador is to keep automotive vehicles in good working order, offering quality shock absorbers and a service that provides an exceptional experience. Finally, a financial plan was developing to determine the numerical viability of ServiAmortiguador, in which is detailed project revenues, expenses, costs and financial statements are detailed. Because of this analysis, a return rate (TIR) of 44.76% was obtaining, confirming the profitability of the project, making it a focus for future investments. Additionally, a net present value (VAN) of $ 59.717.43 was obtaining, as well as confirming the profitability of the proposed project, since the initial investment would be $ 40,167.00. |
