Abstract	Englishhe development of dynamic capabilities (DC) is relevant to innovate and improve the performance of the firm. This study evaluated the dynamic capabilities in a large company. The dynamic capabilities types were identified in the literature and the firm routines linked to DC in a large company were identified through semi-structured interviews.
