Abstract	The present PhD thesis has the title "MARKETING PLAN FOR NISSAN AGENCY ENTERPRISE RENAULT CITY LOJACAR Loja". When designing the present research work, the general objective of designing a marketing plan for the agency Nissan Renault Lojacar company Loja city that allows it to track the stages that have to cover for their achievement, has the added advantage that the collection and processing of data required for the plan to calculate how long it will take to cover each stage, giving us a clear idea of time to be used for this, which staff must devote to achieve obtaining the objectives and what financial resources we have. The methodology used in the development of research, was tested with the use of historical methods, deductive, inductive, and analytical, in the same way they support the application of the techniques of observation, interview and survey. For the development of the various stages in the preparation of this research paper was due systematically comply with the procedure which requires the development of strategic plans. For situational analysis Nissan Renault Agency Shop Agency, was used to obtain information on the current situation being experienced by the Agency, in different aspects such as administrative, human, material, technological, etc.. Then the external analysis was performed in the same detail the analysis of the factors Economic, Political, Social, technological, whose realization was obtained the information necessary to compile the EFE matrix (matrix evaluation of External Factors), the I provide the result which 3.12 weighted, value indicating that the Agency weighting opportunities there.
