| Abstract | Research on the proposal for a Strategic Plan for the company Britot Cia. Ltda. Was developed in the city of Loja Province Loja, with the overall objective, the proposed strategic plan for the company's cleaning services Britot, with the aim of improving the economic and competitive development of the company, as the strategic plan is an essential tool in any organization, it facilitates effective marketing of any product or service. It is very risky to try a business succeed without having developed a strategic plan. The following methods such as inductive, deductive, descriptive, analytical and scientific research techniques and applying an interview to the Manager, observing the institution and its environment was used in this paper, the application of 30 surveys partners; the application of 32 surveys company employees; All of this helped to develop a proposed strategic plan for the company Britot Cia. Ltda., The same that will be suggested to the manager and directors of the company for their application and implementation. In the first instance there has been an external analysis of the factors involved in the company, such as economic, political, social, technological, the same factors that allowed identify threats and opportunities affecting the company, together with the five Forces Porter, the weighted total obtained through the development of EFE matrix (2.60) allowed determining that the cleaning company in services Britot Cia Ltda.; It has a high level of guarantees opportunities to move forward and develop positively in the middle. The internal analysis was determined that the weighted total obtained through the development of the EFI matrix (2.45), therefore weaknesses owned by the company are slightly above strengths, therefore it is necessary to establish strategies to in the first instance to exploit the strengths and eliminate weaknesses. In the analysis of the SWOT matrix, internal factors and strengths are adequate infrastructure, excellent customer service, has modern technology for cleaning and maintenance, strategic location it is located in the center of the city, its employees have the experience to do their jobs, accessible and equal competitive prices. The weaknesses are: it has a strategic plan, you do not have an advertising system that allows customers to know about the company, some employees committed to the institution for lack of training, lack of motivation on the part of the employee directors, lack of strategies to face competition, little diversity of services. In the external factors, opportunities are received by the public and private sector, add new services, change of the productive matrix reflected in the non-oil sector growth, accelerated technological advancement way, decreased unemployment and poverty shows the increase in the purchasing power of Ecuadorian, good business relations with suppliers. The threats are: increase in prices of technology products, negative environmental impact caused by companies, the presence of cleaning and maintenance companies (competition), high standards of quality customers regarding price and variety, positioned in the market competitors local tax increase for the import of cleaning products. After making the high impact matrix and the combination of the analysis; FO, DO, FA, DA, the following strategic objectives are obtained: Retain qualified staff and good sales service, create a new image by offering low prices on their products. Improve administrative and technical organization of the company through its organizational rethinking. Increasing the volume of sales of the products the company offers. Capture new markets in order to increase sales and improve profits. Select guaranteed for the provision of goods suppliers. Hiring media of the town to spread the new image of the company. Promote products and / or services by a computer software point accumulation and discounts. After this exhaustive analysis concluded that the most important strategic objective is the no. 3 "Hiring media of the town to spread the new image of the company" Also determining the total cost of the draft strategic plan, it is $ 5,250.00.
