| Abstract | This article analyzes the development, justice and freedom in the design of Amartya Sen. Understanding the new development as a process that goes beyond economic growth, Sen emphasizes the effect to substantive freedoms as essential to the new developmental dynamics. Moreover, envisions the withdrawal of these freedoms as major factors. As regards the foundations of justice, Amartya Sen points out the main informational basis of justice: utilitarianism, libertarianism and social justice Rawls, all with qualities but also limitations considering not taking into account the substantive freedoms. Using the deductive method, search out qualitative and literature. |
