| Abstract | The article presents the results of the methodology of satisfaction of the service applied to the teachers of the educational institution Trochas, a methodology is proposed from the bibliographic review, elaborating a survey in which 10 requirements are evaluated in order to know that deficiencies the educational service. For the validation of the survey, a verification was carried out with the advice of the subject and five pilot tests were carried out to identify the understanding of the instrument by different documents, to make the pertinent adjustments and finally their application. This work has a great contribution for the institution, in its years of operation no methodology has been implemented to measure the satisfaction of the service to the interested parties, to carry out the applicability to induce an innovation and to improve in the performance of the institution. |
