The objective of this article is to propose a didactic innovation for the classroom based on an “active and playful” methodology for the teaching of contents belonging to the Biology sector, specifically the Unit Nervous Control and Behaviour. The proposed methodology describes the class planning as well as the final suggestions and reflections for the developed activity. This proposal aims students to conclude on their own that exercise improves not only health and quality of life in general, but also improves cognition, socialisation and academic performance. |
