| Abstract | The purpose of this work is aimed at proposing a plan to improve corporate image of Cotrans Company, and comes in three different parts. The first part is the situation of the business environment of Cotrans; we analyze the direct and indirect competition of the company in the market and demonstrate the problem of intervention of this work that relates to the corporate image of the organization. The second part is taken as reference to the authors Thomas Garbett, Justo Villafane, Jose Arguello and Luis Tejada, among others, whose reflections make sense and guide the diagnosis and the proposal is developed to overcome the problems presented by Cotrans Company. Finally, the third part, and based on the analysis of diagnostic results in light of the theoretical reflections consulted, presented a proposal for intervention that is designed to improve, consolidate and spread the corporate image in the company. |
