| Abstract | La presente ponencia constituye una resena del proyecto de tesis doctoral “Desarrollo de las funciones ejecutivas en ninos preescolares. Su relacion con el temperamento y el comportamiento de crianza materno”. Dicho proyecto se halla enmarcado en la linea de Investigacion “Neuropsicologia del desarrollo, neuroestimulacion y vulnerabilidad social”, perteneciente al Instituto Rosario de Investigacion en Ciencias de la Educacion (IRICE-CONICET/ UNR). El actual proyecto propone como objetivo general evaluar la relacion existente entre comportamiento de crianza materno, temperamento infantil y desempeno ejecutivo del mismo en tareas con demandas de funciones ejecutivas de tipo “hot” y “cool”, en nino/as preescolares de la ciudad de Rosario. El objetivo de la presente exposicion es delimitar el recorrido y recorte teorico realizado y -en funcion de este- establecer las principales aportaciones que se esperan alcanzar con el actual proyecto. Para tal fin, se adoptara una perspectiva teorico-metodologica de exposicion, estableciendo los principales fundamentos teoricos del proyecto, los objetivos especificos que se persiguen en el mismo y el diseno propuesto para alcanzar dichas metas. Por otro lado, se expondran aspectos referidos a la conveniencia, relevancia social y valor teorico de la presente tesis. Finalmente, se mencionaran las posibles implicaciones practicas que se derivan del mismo. Palabras clave Funciones ejecutivas Temperamento Crianza ABSTRACT THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF THE DOCTORAL THESIS “DEVELOPMENT OF EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONS IN PRESCHOOL CHILDREN. IT RELATION WITH TEMPERAMENT AND MATERNAL PARENTING BEHAVIOR.” This paper provides an overview of the doctoral thesis entitled “Development of executive functions in preschool children. It relation with temperament and maternal parenting behavior.” This project is framed in to the research line “Developmental Neuropsychology, neurostimulation and social vulnerability”, belonging to Rosario Research Institute of Educational Sciences (IRICECONICET/UNR). The present thesis propose the general aim to evaluate the relationship between maternal parenting behavior, child temperament and executive performance on tasks with demands of executive functions “hot” (inhibitory control, decision decisions) and “cold” (cognitive flexibility, executive attention, planning) among infants preschool from Rosario city. The aim of this exhibition is to delineate the theoretical course and cut and made on the basis of this, identify the main contributions expected from the current project. To this end, take a theory and method of exposure, establishing key theoretical foundations of the project, the specific objectives pursued in the same and the proposed design to achieve these goals. On the other hand, will be discussed aspects relating to the convenience, social relevance and theoretical value of this thesis. Finally, we mention the possible practical implications derived therefrom, particularly their impact on the design of future projects in early childhood intervention.
