Abstract	DOI 10.12957/rqi.2013.9357 Trabalho recebido e avaliado pelo Conselho executivo da Revista Quaestio Iuris RESUMO: Analisam-se o processo de transicao do regime politico brasileiro no decurso da decada de 80 e os reflexos no desenvolvimento e solidificacao da economia, sob o vies da teoria da Justica de Transicao na perspectiva de Posner e Vermeule. Na primeira parte conceitua-se e analisam-se as principais caracteristicas da justica de transicao, tracando um paralelo com o caso brasileiro. Na segunda parte analisam-se o processo de redemocratizacao e as consequencias sociais das implementacoes das ferramentas no âmbito da justica de transicao. Na terceira parte analisam-se os indicadores economicos comparando-os com outros os indices de paises que a exemplo do Brasil enfrentaram processo de transicao. Por fim, conclui-se sobre o exito do processo transitorio para a economia. PALAVRAS-CHAVE : Justica de Transicao; Democracia; Economia. ABSTRACT: The analysis of process of transition from Brazilian's regime politician during the 80s and the reflections in the development and solidification of the economy, under the bias of the theory of Transitional Justice in view of Posner and Vermeule. In its first part are conceptualized and analyzed the main features of transitional justice, drawing a parallel with the case of Brazil. In the second part are analyzed the process of democratization and the social consequences of implementations of the tools in the framework of transitional justice. The third part analyzed the economic indicators comparing them with other indices of countries such as Brazil faced the transition process. Finally, conclude on the success of the transitional economy. KEYWORDS : Transitional Justice; Democracy;Economy.
