Place and date defense: Quaraí, 09 of January 2015. At school the power is directly related to teaching / learning. But in today's times, where childhood obesity and diabetes haunt parents and health professionals, these diseases from ingesting industrial food, healthy eating is essential with regard to school productivity and health, because a healthy body makes the brain is significantly develop to respond to all stimuli offered to him throughout his life. Many students because of malnutrition or poor diet can have attention deficit problems, irritability, anemia that causes discouragement in the conduct of school activities, leaving education professionals identify and seek solutions to such problems. The purpose of this study was to sensitize the school community of the importance of eating well, aiming at the health of body and mind, and the knowledge of the quality of an organic product and its influence on the good life of a person. This work is based in conveying how organic products are produced and the importance of the work done by the peasant always focusing on improving the quality of life school group. Considering that the Healthy Eating should be crafted especially at school, due to the fact there perceive the main difficulties and needs of the students used the Environmental Education as knowledge acquisition tool. Students were shown through videos and illustrated talk and visit to organic producers and construction of a garden suspended in tires the knowledge that a healthy and balanced diet is extremely important in young adult life of the human being, was highlighted the risks of a poor diet, and the importance of this knowledge be transmitted to others.
