The system is chiely organised in the aspects which concern formal education, lesser importance is given to non formal education, and informal education, where a vacuum exists. Permanent education, can only be obtained by a continuous recycling of methods, instruments and subjects. In order to obtain quality and perfection, the process of untegration of this elements is required. |
