| Abstract | This study aims to determine job satisfaction level of the employees working in the hospitability industry and the effect of these stated levels on the strategies of organizational conflict management. The population of the study is executed from the employees working in the various divisions of five star accommodation facilities in Alanya region who have the job titles as division managers, vice division managers and division employees. In the study, “Organization Conflict Inventory II” which was developed by Rahim and “The work Satisfaction Survey” which was developed by Spector were used as the data collection methods of the research. To determine the level of job satisfaction of employees, cluster analysis was used to the points arisen at the result of job satisfaction scale. In order to determine whether there are differences or not in the strategies applied for the organizational conflict management by the groups appeared at the result of the cluster analysis, discriminant analysis was used. The research exhibits that the conflict strategies applied for the organizational conflict by the employees working in hospitability management have an important distinctive function in order to determine the job satisfaction levels. |
