| Abstract | This work has the purpose to put in a context the production related to healthcare in the mental health network of Niteroi City based on new elements of the psychiatric reform, in addition to reviewing the laws regarding the new policies of public health. Thus, as part of the project it is also important to discuss some concepts that participate in the mental health background at present such as integrality, micro politics of labor process, territories, health networks, social networks, and cartography. The methodological focus will be on a qualitative approach producing the cartography of one case. The cartographical method is used in field researches in the study of subjectivity and in this aspect it is apart from its aim to define rules to be applied for; however it can establish some clues that intend to describe, discuss and above all collectivize the experience of the cartographer. The subjects of the study will be: a user of CAPS services whose diagnosis is serious mental disturbance, relatives, managers and mental health workers who took care and still take care of the user and also the emergency sector of Jurujuba Psychiatric Hospital. It is interesting to take into consideration the fact that the research for an emergency psychiatric service allows to observe its demand as well as the subjects who were referred to the mental health network. The central idea is to make cartographies of the route of this user in the mental health network and also in the social networks. |
