| Abstract | This paper focuses on public policies imposed by the imperialism and on the semi-feudal and semi-colonial relationships of the Brazilian bureaucratic capitalism. The research identifies that the World Bank's policies are present in all the municipalities in the State of Rondonia, which are based on neoprodutivism (neopragmatism and neotecnicism) propagated in Brazil by the postmodern ideas since the 1990's. These policies were implanted arbitrarily by the colonels' power existing throughout Brazilian territory. The study demonstrates that the rural pedagogy proposed by Via Campesina no different from postmodern burgeois education imposed by imperialism to the semicolonies. |
