| Abstract | This research titled: Management of human talent and the work environment in educational institutions "Polytechnic Regional Center" and "Mariscal Castilla" district El Tambo Huancayo, 2014, is basic research, because the results contribute to enrichment theories in education; It is descriptive by making a description of the behavior of variables of study; assumes the correlational design because that relates two variables: Management of human talent and working environment; is transversal because it was made at a given time (year 2014). with facts already occurred (ex post facto). The research was conducted in two state-run educational institutions of the province of Huancayo, department of Junin. The exhibition intentionally chosen not random, has been made up of 79 teachers. For data collection was applied to the sample survey technique for both variables. Both took two questionnaires as an instrument, they that have been validated by expert judgment (average 83%) and reliability displayed in the order of 0.897 and 0.936, respectively, with Cronbach's alpha, indicating that both instruments are valid and highly reliable. The research results demonstrate the absence of statistically significant relationship between variable: Management of human talent and variable: Work environment (r = 0.062 where p <0.05) is determined so that the working environment which occurs in both educational institutions do not have to do with the management of human resources by managers. The same occurs between the variable management of human talent with the dimension: Work environment (r = 0.018) and with dimension: work motivation (r = -0.020), although in this case there is a negative association but extremely low. |
