| Abstract | RESUMEN La investigación se enmarca dentro de la línea de la innovación educativa orientado hacia el desarrollo y promoción de las habilidades directivas, cuyo objetivo general fue: Determinar la influencia de la aplicación del programa experimental de fortalecimiento del talento humano para desarrollar habilidades directivas en el personal jerárquico del nivel secundario de las Instituciones Educativas Públicas del distrito de Neshuya en el 2016. La hipótesis fue: La influencia del programa experimental de f o r t a l ec im ien to de l t a l en to humano f avo rece significativamente el desarrollo de las habilidades directivas en el personal jerárquico del nivel secundario de las Instituciones Educativas Públicas del distrito de Neshuya en el 2016. La investigación se encuadra dentro del tipo de investigación experimental, nivel explicativo, de diseño pre experimental con pre test y post test. La población estuvo conformada por 45 directivos y jerarcas. La muestra fue no probabilística, y estuvo conformada por 38 directivos y jerarcas. En la validación de la prueba de hipótesis se hizo uso del aprueba “t” de Student, con lo cual se concluye que con una t =-10,67; con un nivel de confianza del 95% y nivel de significancia del 5%, que el Programa de fortalecimiento d e l t a l e n t o h u m a n o h a i n fl u i d o f a v o r a b l e y significativamente en un 16,44% en las habilidades directivas en el personal jerárquico del nivel secundario de las Instituciones Educativas Públicas del distrito de Neshuya en el 2016. En el pre test se tuvo una media de 78,5 y en el post test una media de 99,87; demostrándose la eficacia del Programa Experimental de fortalecimiento de talento humano. ABSTRACT The research is framed within the line of educational innovation oriented towards the development and promotion of managerial skills, whose general objective was: To determine the influence of the application of the experimental program of strengthening of the human talent to develop managerial skills in the hierarchical personnel of the secondary level of the Public Educational Institutions of the Neshuya district in 2016. The hypothesis was: The influence of the experimental program of strengthening of human talent significantly favors the development of managerial skills in the hierarchical staff of the secondary level of Public Educational Institutions Of the Neshuya district in 2016. The research falls within the type of experimental research, explanatory level, pre-experimental design with pre-test and post-test. The population consisted of 45 managers and hierarchs. The sample was nonprobabilistic, and was made up of 38 managers and hierarchs.
