| Abstract | espanolResulta innegable que el malestar docente ha sido y sigue siendo un tema recurrente en investigaciones educativas; los esfuerzos por tratar de ver cual es la raiz de ese malestar han dado lugar, paradojicamente, a numerosas publicaciones e investigaciones sobre lo que se conoce como �bienestar docente� y el camino a seguir para lograrlo. El bienestar docente supone un punto de partida para el crecimiento personal y profesional de este, de ahi que sea una pieza clave para la construccion de la identidad. La importancia dada en los ultimos anos al bienestar del docente ha supuesto un revulsivo considerable, a la luz de la relevancia de la componente emocional en la investigacion cientifica. Asi, hoy se habla con naturalidad de �bienestar emocional del docente�. Las emociones han ido adquiriendo fuerza frente a preocupaciones tradicionales sobre el profesorado. Existen, en este sentido, dos vertientes de emociones: las referentes a uno mismo y las que tienen que ver con las relaciones con los demas. De las primeras, el concepto de autoestima es el que resulta mas significativo para la tematica tratada en este documento, donde se considera todo aquello que tiene incidencia directa con el bienestar y la construccion de la identidad del docente. Por lo demas, la valoracion social, que tiene que ver con las relaciones con los demas, tambien supone un elemento a considerar en relacion con el bienestar y la identidad. La investigacion sobre las emociones ha puesto en el punto de mira temas, hoy en dia candentes, como la satisfaccion docente, en la cual inciden aspectos tales como: relaciones personales con alumnos y companeros, trabajo en el ambito investigador y docente, etc., todos ellos tratados en el presente documento. En ultima instancia, la construccion de la identidad profesional se enmarca en el ambito de la conformacion de la propia identidad personal, con la que mantiene estrechos e intimos vinculos en una trama de alta complejidad EnglishThe teachers' discomfort is a recurrent theme in educational research. Research on the root of this unrest has resulted, paradoxically, to numerous publications and studies on what is known as "welfare teacher" and on how to get it. Welfare is a starting point for personal and professional growth of teachers. In this way, the welfare is a key piece to the construction of identity. The emphasis in recent years the welfare teacher has been linked to the importance given to the emotions in scientific research. Well, today I spoke with naturalness of emotional well-being of the teacher. Compared to traditional concerns about the teaching staff, the emotions have been gathering strength. In this sense, there are two perspectives on the emotions: the relating to oneself and those that have to do with relationships with others. Among the first, the concept of self-esteem is the most significant in our work, where it is viewed as everything that has a direct relation to the welfare and the construction of the identity of the teacher. The social assessment, which has to do with the relations with the other, is also an important element. Research on emotions has highlighted the great interest of the study of teacher satisfaction. Finally, the construction of professional identity is located in the area of the construction of one's own personal identity, with the close ties, in a context of great complexity. |
