Examine the relationship between organizational structure and Entrepreneurship of Tehran province physical education and adolescent organization

Abstract	Aim of this research is considering the relationship between organizational structure and entrepreneurship of Tehran province physical education and adolescent organization. Method of present research is descriptive strategy and of coefficient kind of survey and because of its goal, is a kind of applied research. Statistical population is all experts of Tehran province physical education and adolescent organization who were 80 subjects that 77 questionnaires were delivered and analyzed. To gather data for testing research fields, Robbins’ standardized questionnaire was used with components of recognition, complexity and concentration, 16 questions and in composing the questions about organizational entrepreneurship by components of being pioneer, innovation and risk taking, 9 questions, Samad Aghayi’s standardized questionnaire was used. Results demonstrated that there is a meaningful relationship in organizational structure and organizational entrepreneurship and there is a reverse relationship between components of organizational structure (concentration and recognition) and organizational entrepreneurship. Results in stepwise regression model showed that components of organizational recognition shows the change of F=32/42, 9/35% in entrepreneurship changes and also amount of Beta shows that with any scale of change in recognition component, there will be almost -599/0 change. On second phase, component of organizational concentration entered into the equation and predicted the change in entrepreneurship about F=20/35 , 8/38%.
