| Abstract | The resocialization of the egress from the military prison system is a factor that generates great debate and discussion, as to the difficulty of being reintegrated into society. To be egressed is to be a person distinct from others, for the disdain and inferiority that he indicates is a common factor in society. In this scope this study seeks to refer some points for this resocialization of the military to the common milieu. Being this research developed in relevance to the forms that can be effective for this re-entry in society, therefore, to be in the situation of egress of the prison system is to be on the margins of the others that coexist daily with each other. In order to do so, the resocialization of the military prison system is a little discussed and publicized, and a study on the subject is necessary for the transparency of the possible possibilities for a significant improvement of the expurgated man and his return to living in society. |
