| Abstract | The research work proposed here seeks a constructive critical look at the semi-open prision regime in Brazil, with the purpose of observing its effectiveness and its contribution to the resocialization of the prisoner, as well as na observation about the competence of the Military Police regarding the beneficiaries for this type of arrest. Without the pretension of solving any existing problems, this article seeks to understand more about the subject in question, as well as to contribute to future researches of students, teachers, security professionals and all those who arouse interest in the subject. |
