Abstract	The present article has the objective of showing, after the lecture of the legislation, doctrine and cientific articles related to the area of the Hermeneutica and Principiologia Constitucional line search in Master of Science in Law at Univali, that the right of property despite being the widest rights subjective granted the man, it knows limitations to its exercise.
