| Abstract | O papel da literatura no ensino do Frances Lingua Estrangeira (FLE)momentos, das diferentes propostas de abordagens, da pertinencia de suapresenca ou nao e dos novos caminhos a serem trilhados. Dentre essa fartadocumentacao, damos destaque para a discussao sobre o lugar do leitor narelacao entre literatura e ensino do FLE. Para isso, tracamos um breve historicosobre a leitura em FLE para, em seguida, tratarmos da problematica daleitura literaria em FLE que nos parece ligada a adequacao entre objetivospropostos para essa atividade pelos formuladores de manuais e publico leitora que se destinam. Mostramos, por meio da analise de uma obra que propoeatividades de leitura literaria em FLE, qual a percepcao de literatura de quepartem seus autores e como tal percepcao traduz a imagem dos leitores e as-sequencias dessa analise a problematica levantada, buscando indicar quaissao os desdobramentos possiveis para o impasse que se coloca. The role of literature in the teaching of French as a foreign language(FFL) is the subject of an extensive bibliographical production that deals withthe analysis of its different moments, its different modes of approach, withthe question of its presence or not and the new paths to be taken. Among suchabundant documentation, we choose to highlight the discussion about thereader's place in the relationship between literature and the teaching of FFL.In order to do so, we traced a brief historical panorama about the reading inFFL to, then, deal with the problematic of reading literary texts in FFL that isconnected with the adequacy between the objectives proposed for that activityby the creators of manuals and the readers for whom those manuals areconceived. Through the analysis of a work that suggests activities directed tothe literary reading in FFL, we show what conception of literature have the authors of the manuals and how such conception translates both the image ofthe readers and the expectations regarding the results of the readings that theauthors have. At last, we relate the consequences derived from such analysisto the highlighted problematic, seeking to indicate the possible unfolding ofthe predicament just pointed out. |
