| Description | This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee engagement in star-rated hotels in Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive and verification analysis. The data collection used was interviews using questionnaires accompanied by observation and literature techniques. The data analysis technique used was Path Analysis. The study population was 251 employees of 3-star hotels in Indonesia and 154 employees were taken as samples. Based on the results of the study we found that job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) partially had a significant influence on employee engagement.
