| Description | Compensation is an important factor in maintaining employee performance, which is needed to achieve the company's vision and mission. To improve and maximize employee performance, a company must also be able to create job satisfaction. Job satisfaction will make employees stay and survive in the company. The population in this study was employees of PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur, Batanghari Regency, as many as 85 employees. Since the population was less than 100 people, the sampling method applied was the census method. The analysis technique used path analysis to see the direct effect, and was continued by testing the R-square and testing the hypotheses partially and simultaneously with the t-test and F-test. This research concluded that compensation and job satisfaction were considered sufficient by the employees and compensation and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employees' performance.
