| Description | A collection of programmable virtual tools has been designed and evaluated in the Combinational Logic Circuits (VIs) using the Lab-VIEW environment. The aim of this paper is to improve the programmability of the circuits of Combinational Logic (Blume A.P. et al. 2007). This paper has the designed modules (VIs) for studying four-bit BCD Adder (Binary-coded decimal) in interactive graphical user interface (GUI)(Drew SM. et al.1996). Though we know that we can realized logic gates and adders or subtractors with the help of NAND (N-G) and NOR(NR-G) but now we are realizing the four-bit BCD adder with the use of full adder by creating their sub VI's designed with the help of another universal gate (Univ-G) called AND-type inhibitor implemented through Lab-VIEW (LAB-V) software.
