Abstract Le rapport national sur les « Politiques d’éducation pour les étudiants à risque et ceux présentant un handicap » de l’Ex-République yougoslave de Macédoine décrit le statut actuel des besoins éducatifs particuliers et de l’éducation inclusive ainsi que les réformes en cours. Ce rapport insiste sur les efforts logistiques et administratifs pour changer la situation actuelle des projets éducatifs concernant les enfants ayants des besoins particuliers dans les écoles spéciales et s’orienter vers une démarche d’intégration. Bien que le pays ait entrepris d’importantes réformes, l’amélioration de la situation des enfants ayant des besoins particuliers se heurte à plusieurs obstacles : la stagnation de l’économie avec un taux de chômage élevé, la connaissance limité de l’intégration dans le domaine de l’éducation et les ressources trop limitées pour les réformes de l’éducation. La présente étude couvre les sections suivantes : une brève description du système d’éducation suivie des chapitres décrivant le cadre juridique, les politiques en direction des groupes spéciaux, les statistiques et le indicateurs et la situation actuelle de la formation des maîtres, la pédagogie, les programmes et l’organisation de l’école. Les concepts d’intégration et d’inclusion représentent les questions centrales ainsi que les problèmes d’inclusion et d’équité dans l’éducation, la participation des parents et les autres services de soutien.

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
