Abstract Le rapport de synthèse international compare les études sur la Bosnie-Herzégovine, la Bulgarie, la Croatie, l’ yougoslave de Macédoine, le Kosovo, la Moldavie, le Monténégro, la Roumanie et la Serbie en s’appuyant sur les éléments suivants : cadres législatifs en place, politiques actuelles, statistiques et indicateurs, formation des enseignants, participation des parents, principes pédagogiques, élaboration des nouveaux programmes d’enseignement et structure des systèmes d’enseignement. Le rapport souligne que les systèmes éducatifs étudiés ne s’intéressent véritablement que depuis peu à l’éducation des enfants ayant des besoins particuliers et au concept d’école intégratrice. Il ne fait aucun doute que les documents d’orientation internationaux tels que la Convention relative aux droits de l’enfant des Nations Unies ou le Cadre d’action adopté lors du Forum mondial sur l’éducation à Dakar, ont joué un rôle capital dans la définition et la mise en oeuvre de processus de réforme en faveur de l’éducation intégratrice. Bien que certains pays partagent un héritage historique et politique commun, on constate que les ressources, la marge de manoeuvre et les méthodes utilisées pour adapter l’enseignement en fonction des besoins particuliers de certains élèves diffèrent considérablement d’un pays à un autre. Un certain nombre de problèmes demeurent en revanche comparables. Il s’agit notamment du manque de données statistiques fiables et de la sensibilisation insuffisante de l’opinion publique aux questions d’éducation intégratrice.

About National Digital Library of India (NDLI)
NDLI logo

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
