Abstract Le rapport national du Kosovo sur les politiques d’éducation pour les étudiants à risque et ceux présentant un handicap décrit le statut actuel des besoins particuliers et de l’éducation inclusive ainsi que les efforts de réforme en cours. Une aide appréciable a été apportée par le FSDEK -- programme d’aide de la Finlande au développement du secteur de l’éducation – et un certain nombre de mesures pour mettre en place l’éducation inclusive ont été entreprises depuis 2002..Cependant, des politiques d’éducation et un cadre juridique ainsi qu’un environnement institutionnel et administratif doivent être mis en place. Comme les autres rapports réunis dans ce volume, ce rapport comprend les sections suivantes : un rapide aperçu du système éducatif, suivi de chapitres consacrés au cadre légal des politiques dirigées vers les groupes spéciaux, aux statistiques et indicateurs, et à l’état actuel de la situation en matière de formation des enseignants, de pédagogie, de programmes scolaires et d’organisation des établissements. Le rapport se réfère également aux stratégies mises en oeuvre pour l’éducation des enfants ayant des besoins particuliers au Kosovo. Ces données figurent dans un document préparé par le Ministère de l’éducation, des sciences et de la technologie en 2003 et comprend les nouvelles stratégies et les politiques de développement.

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
