| Abstract | Les indicateurs montrent le niveau de revenu brut exprimé en pourcentage du salaire moyen à temps plein nécessaire pour qu’un ménage atteigne le seuil de 60 % du revenu médian permettant de quitter les minima sociaux. Les minima sociaux sont versés à défaut de toute autre source de revenu. On a retenu un seuil de 60 % dans la mesure où, dans de nombreux pays, des minima sociaux existent au niveau du seuil de 50 %. Les revenus tirés des prestations englobent, en sus des prestations de base, les prestations familiales et les allocations de logement. Ils sont exprimés en pourcentage du salaire moyen à temps plein et incluent également l’impôt sur le revenu, les cotisations sociales et les avantages fiscaux. Les indicateurs concernent l’année 2009 et les parents isolés et en couple avec deux enfants de 4 à 6 ans. Dans le cas d’un couple marié, on s’appuie sur l’hypothèse d’un seul apporteur de revenu. Dans ces situations, le revenu familial est simulé à l’aide du modèle impôts-prestations de l’OCDE (voir méthodologie dans Prestations et salaires 2007 et sur le site : www.oecd.org/els/social/workincentives ). Les revenus médians, issus de la publication Croissance et inégalités (2008), concernent le milieu des années 2000 et ont été convertis au niveau des prix 2009. Aucune barre n’est visible pour les pays où la somme de toutes les prestations, hors salaires, dépasse 60 % du revenu médian. Pour l’Australie, le Canada, la Corée, Israël, la Nouvelle- Zélande, la Suisse et la Turquie, les indicateurs concernent l’année 2008. |

National Digital Library of India (NDLI) is a virtual repository of learning resources which is not just a repository with search/browse facilities but provides a host of services for the learner community. It is sponsored and mentored by Ministry of Education, Government of India, through its National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time. NDLI provides user group-specific services such as Examination Preparatory for School and College students and job aspirants. Services for Researchers and general learners are also provided. NDLI is designed to hold content of any language and provides interface support for 10 most widely used Indian languages. It is built to provide support for all academic levels including researchers and life-long learners, all disciplines, all popular forms of access devices and differently-abled learners. It is designed to enable people to learn and prepare from best practices from all over the world and to facilitate researchers to perform inter-linked exploration from multiple sources. It is developed, operated and maintained from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
