Abstract	Le rythme de l’activité se ralentit à mesure que les flux migratoires nets fléchissent, que les prix de l’immobilier se stabilisent et que les effets de l’appréciation du taux de change se propagent du secteur exportateur à l’économie dans son ensemble. Conjugués, ces facteurs réduiront les pressions s’exerçant sur des ressources très tendues et élimineront l’écart de production, amenant la croissance sur un sentier plus durable à moyen terme. L’économie s’acheminant vraisemblablement vers un atterrissage en douceur, la position attentiste actuelle des autorités monétaires est appropriée, tout comme l’orientation à peu près neutre de la politique budgétaire. La croissance potentielle se ralentissant en raison d’un accroissement plus faible de la population, les initiatives actuellement en cours d’élaboration devraient viser à promouvoir une augmentation des taux d’activité, ce qui donnerait un élan bienvenu aux perspectives de croissance à moyen terme...
