NDLI: Surmonter les obstacles à l'emploi des jeunes

Abstract	De nombreux obstacles structurels à l’emploi des jeunes sont liés à la demande de maind’oeuvre. La suppression de ces obstacles passe par des mesures provisoires durant la période de crise de l’emploi, mais aussi par des réformes structurelles dont les bénéfices pourraient se faire sentir bien au-delà de la crise. Dans de nombreux pays, des initiatives sont nécessaires dans plusieurs domaines. Les mesures et les pratiques novatrices récentes mises en oeuvre dans les pays de l’OCDE portent sur trois domaines : i) investir dans des fonds permettant aux jeunes d’acquérir de nouvelles compétences pour de nouveaux emplois ; ii) réduire le coût associé à l’emploi des jeunes peu qualifiés ; et iii) poursuivre les efforts pour réduire globalement la segmentation du marché du travail.
